`A plan

It would be best if you had a plan.

Sticking to a plan is a testament to your commitment and determination. We often talk about wanting to improve, but the action behind those words truly matters. When you do take action and stick to it, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment that’s truly rewarding.

Why do so many plans fail
They are not written down.
When you do not write down your plans, you are limiting yourself. The first step is to move those goals out of your head and into the world( even if that world is just a piece of paper). This helps you visualize what you must do, making it much more manageable.

They could have been better executed.’
You can not put half effort into your plan and expect total results. There will be days that all you can give is half, but for the most part, if you are not disciplined enough to go all out on your workouts and hold yourself accountable, then those goals written down mean absolutely nothing,

They are unrealistic for where you are in your journey or your current lifestyle.’
If you are trying your best to follow your plan but need help to accomplish it, or it causes you to be extra discouraged, it isn’t right for you. Your plan should make your life better. If you leave every workout or meal depressed, then you are setting yourself up for burnout. Your routines should better you and make you happy. There will be no fun days, but those should not outweigh the good.

They have yet to determine a definite goal.
If your goal and plan consist of the words to be better. Then you are giving yourself much to go off of. You need to have something to strive for to get you excited! It can be a simple gal, but sometyoe of mile stone to push you t do vetter.

Why do we need a plan?
It helps to keep you accountable.
It enables you to track your progress
It keeps you motivated!❤️

I am rooting for you and would love to hear about your goals and plans! Keep up the hard work.
