If you are struggling with body image issues or dysmorphia, know that you are not alone. One of the reasons why I am so passionate about health and fitness is because I personally know how much your physical health can affect your mental health. When you eat right and exercise regularly, you will feel stronger, more confident and better about yourself. However, it is important not to put all of your focus on looking beautiful outwardly but instead focus on having a beautiful soul. You can do this by living a healthy lifestyle and forming loving relationships.
Sometimes, I feel unloved or unworthy, and I think that if I look better, I will receive the love that I want. But often, this just leads to attention rather than true love. I want you to know that if you are searching for love, you will not find it by getting that surgery or taking that diet pill.
It’s important to work out and stay healthy for yourself, and to live a more fulfilling life. However, it’s crucial not to exercise with the sole intention of making someone love you. Love is not solely based on physical appearance, but instead on the beauty of your soul, how you present yourself, the effort you put into your work, and the relationships you build. Love is much more than physical attraction; it’s the connection you form with someone based on every aspect of yourself including your words, actions, dreams, and future.
