You will never have the perfect body.

You will never have the perfect body because it doesn’t exist.
I am not saying that you will never be healthy and at a healthy weight, but I am saying that you will never have what is deemed the perfect body.

You can scour the internet and look at the highest-level athletes, models, and gym girls and see them all as beautiful, yet they all look different. You can train as hard as you want and have the perfect nutrition plan, but you will always look different from someone else.

That is the beauty of it. You are unique. Comparison is one factor that hurts so many people’s progress because we are so focused on how others look, how much weight they are lifting, how lean they are, and how much muscle tone they have. That we ignore how far we have come in our fitness journey.

There is no perfect body; we are human, and there will forever be complications, bad days, and things about ourselves that we may not love. But you are so beautiful and have much more value than just how you look.

Movement is not a punishment; it is a privilege. Do not focus on achieving the “perfect body” that you miss out on. Work on being the best you can be, and progress will follow.

You were not created to be perfect; you were created to be unique. ❤️
