Consistency is more important than perfection.

Are you holding yourself back? Are you scared to start your fitness journey because you failed in the past? Do you not want to start because you are waiting for the perfect time? Is it that you don’t have all the equipment you need?

I want to tell you that the best thing you can do is to start now even if you know that it will not be perfect. You just have to take that first step. Do not be too hard on yourself. Everyone has slip-ups or mistakes, but what is important is that you stay consistent. Learn to create SMART goals for yourself and take each day one at a time.

I know that you are capable of achieving your goals! Don’t let past failures hold you back. Your workouts do not have to be perfect; you do not need to drink a gallon of water a day, eat 200 grams of protein or 8 servings of veggies a day.

Start small and stay consistent over time. You will be amazed about how fast you will progress if you choose to start small and build healthy habits. I believe in you! You do not need to be.
